Adult Mental Health First Aid (Wales) Training
The Adult Mental Health First Aid (Wales) course teaches adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to friends, families and co-workers and can be completed from the convenience of your home or office, without the need to travel and at your own pace through interactive modules and webinars online.

Mental Health First Aid is the help provided to a person who is developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem, or in a mental health crisis. The first aid is given until the appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
The online version of the Mental Health First Aid (Wales) consists of e-learning at home and two webinars (each webinar approx. 2 ½ hours long) led by a Mental Health First Aid (Wales) trainer.

Everyone who attends the course will receive an online copy of the MHFA manual which is an excellent support resource. When you have completed the course you will also receive a certificate to confirm that you are a trained Mental Health First Aider.
